Staff is requiring City approval of plat covenants <br />to make sure sufficient detail is provided to address the maintenance of the set-pie systems. <br /> <br />o <br /> <br />o <br /> <br />Drainage ~nd Grading Plan: A grading and drainage plan dated December 5, 1994, <br />prepared l~y Peter Raatikka, P.E., has been received and approved by the City. The <br />drainage from the development will be directed to a sedimentation pond and then <br />discharged to an adjacent pond located on the golf course property. <br /> <br />park DediCation, Park dedication will consist of a cash payment in the amount of <br />$8,400.00. <br /> <br />Land.scapa Plan: A landscape plan has been submitted that provides screening along the <br />east boundary of the plat to separate the development from the single family homes. <br />However, [hat landscape plan needs to be modified to include the planting of 12 trees (one <br />for each milt) among the townhomes and perhaps at the plat entrance. These new plantings <br />must haveia minimum trunk diameter of 2 inches. The modification to the landscape plan <br />should id~ntify the species, size and proposed location for the trees and it should also <br />provide f0~ turf establishment on any part of the plat not consumed by housing units or <br />pavement, i <br /> <br />The City Councill will be meeting at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday, February 28, 1995 at the Ramsey <br />Municipal Centeri 15153 Nowthen Blvd. N.W., to consider your request for final pat approval. <br />You, or your representative, should be present at the meeting to answer any questions that may <br />arise.
