The developer should submit drainage calculations <br />with drain, age area maps showing existing and proposed conditions and pond <br />computatiOns. Water retention devices or areas are required to maintain the current rate <br />of runoff, i Drainage areas must be maintained. Near the northwest property corner, <br />'along ~ 47, a drainage .sir& exists with no outlet. If the basin is to be reduced in size, <br />runoff tO t!ae basin .must be reduced or an outlet provided. The Lower Rum River <br />Watershed iDistrict should review the final drainage plans.
