The
location of the planned transmission line was indicated as
Alternate 3 on Exhibit A to the Resolution.

$in~e November, further investiga.tion and discussions with
Ram~ey staff have led AHU to conclude that another possible
lo~tion for the new transmission tine is along the west 80
fee.% of the landfill property (commencing at 153rd Avenue,
theh south along the east side of the center line of Sections
22,~ 27 and 34 to the Burlington Northern Railway, then
soUtheasterly along the north side of the railway). See
Alternate 4 which has been added to the enclosed map which was
attached as Exhibit A to Ramsey's Resolution.

ReaSons for this conclusion include:

~ 1. Ramsey staff would prefer to have the
~ transmission line cross the western edge of the new
~ park land being obtained from Waste Management where
i it will have less of an effect on park land
~ development.

~: 2. Waste Management, which owns major portions of
~ the property which the transmission line will cross,
~ prefers Alternate 4 over Alternate 3, if it can be
worked out that way.

' 3.
