Sources of lnformatior~ To assisfin the development of this plan, the following information is available: · /,980 Comprehensive Storm Drainage Plan for the City of Ramsey · 1994 orthophotos of the basic study area with two foot contour intervals · Storm sewer as-built information from individual project plan and profile sheets · A CAD base map for the basic study area for a forestry grant program (currently being prepared) · Land use information · a 1979 flood plain study for FEMA by U.S. Army Corps of Engineers · A 1991 Water Management Plan for the Lower Rum River Watershed Management Organization Format of Proposal The pr°Posal shall include the following elements: A) Statement of Qualifications A brief history of the firm's background and expertise in the areas of hydrology and surface water management planning ' Resumes of the project staff assigned to this' project References to former clients for whom similar work has been performed by the firm or 2 project team · . The names and addresses of any subcontractor you intend to use B) ]Scope and SerVices (~. Describe in detail the,f'ms perception of the work ?equired including refinements in the tasks described .above · DesCribe how your personnel, equipment, and se~iCes will be utilized and estimate th6 time involved in various activities -?- Identify the modeling methodology to be utilized in analyzing the drainage ;. Identify the estimated time required to accomplish specific project tasks C) ~ Time Schedule · Include a detailed time schedule for all project activities : · Identify the anticipated need for City services and associated time line · The desired target date for completion of this study in September 1995 ; Comfliance with Community Development Block Grant FIJl~din~ This siudy will be funded in part with a grant from the Community Development Block Grant Program. The proposal shall acknowledge the need for compliance with requirements of this program. _ComPensation Compensation shall be proposed on an hourly basis plus reimbursable expenses with a not-to- exceed maximum cost. PropOsal Evaluation arid Award PropOSals will be evaluated by City Staff based upon the submitted work plan, qualifications, and experience of the study personnel, and the study cost.
