The proposal shall acknowledge the need for compliance with requirements of this <br />program. <br /> <br />_ComPensation <br /> <br />Compensation shall be proposed on an hourly basis plus reimbursable expenses with a not-to- <br />exceed maximum cost. <br /> <br />PropOsal Evaluation arid Award <br />PropOSals will be evaluated by City Staff based upon the submitted work plan, qualifications, and <br />experience of the study personnel, and the study cost.
