Unless otherwise agreed to by the City Council, continuing employee education <br />will not affect the employee's salary schedule. <br /> <br />Reimbursement will be made using the following schedule: <br />100% Reimbursement- A <br />90% Reimbursement . B <br />80% Reimbursement - C or Pass if grades are on a pass/fail basis <br />No Reimbursement . D, Incomplete, or Fail <br /> <br />Reimbursement will be determined at the end of each year from the <br />remaining training' budget. Reimbursement requests should be <br />submitted to Personnel upon completion of the course.
