For March there were 4,200 service calls, only 20 calls were paid for. Universal Access will be available August 1, 1995. Meredith has entered into an agreement with four of the franchises but still needs to work with the other two. Any person who wants Universal Access will need to call Meredith to have it installed. He also suggested that some of the Commissioners attend this year. There was some discussion regarding the attendance of both days as the Thursday conference is the same day as QCCCC May's meeting.
