If you send out surveys, it <br />seems to become more a want than a need responses <br /> <br />Jacob~son stated that he has worked with focus groups and was amazed <br />at what they pulled out from discussions. M. Johnson reiterated <br />Jacob~on's statements. <br /> <br />O'Corrnell will check with other franchises and find out who they are <br />using. He will also look at the costs. He will bring this information to <br />the May meeting. <br /> <br />The Chair brought forward the studio plans from the QCTV agenda,as <br />M. JOhnson needed to leave and he has expertise in this area. <br />O'Co.nneI1 described the new designs and prices involved. The table <br />would be approximately $800 - $1,000 to be built. The set would be <br />about $2,600 - $5,000 with video rolling. The studios could be mixed <br />and rhatched depending on the cost ceiling. <br /> <br />M. Johnson stated that the prices do sound high but realistically are <br />accub, ate. Would like to have interchange ability so that it is not the <br />exact!same look between shots. <br /> <br />O'Cormell stated that the school district cannot guarantee any help but <br />woul~i put in for 1/3 of the cost for next years budget. <br /> <br />M.
