Voting Yes: Mayor Hardin, Councilmembers Beahen, Beyer and <br />Zimmerman. Voting No: None. <br /> <br />CONSENT AGENDA <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />COMMITTEE I BUSINESS: <br /> <br />Case #1: Finance Department Vacancy <br /> <br />City Administrator Schroeder suggested replacing the Finance position and putting the <br />Assistant to the (lity Administrator position on hold for three months, perhaps longer. Mr. <br />Schroeder also suggested adding risk management and benefits to the Finance position. <br /> <br />Finance Officer Hart explained that risk management and benefits is an after the fact <br />process. It is not~ an increased responsibility - it's one more task and not an escalation of <br /> I · <br />duties. She also ,xplmned that with the new computer system, as it pertains to data entry, <br />we will not be dbuble entering things. We will save a lot of time.
