3) That the Ramsey City Council authorizes the expenditure that a special election will incur - <br />some of which includes wages for election judges, cost of printing ballots and publishing <br />notice and also cost of City Staff time. <br />4) That the Ramsey City Council hereby schedules the date for the special election for the <br />proposed Charter amendment for Tuesday, August 15, 1995. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br />and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />and the following voted against the same: <br />and the following abstained: <br />and the following were absent: <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council this <br />the 27; day of June, 1995. <br />Mayor <br />ATTEST: <br />City Administrator <br />
