7. (.off Street Parking Spaces: The purpose of the addition is to expand facilities offered by the <br />church and not precipitated by an increase in membership. Therefore, no additional off - <br />street parking has to provided in conjunction with the expansion. <br />8. Access lg Facility: The facility will continue to be served by its current access onto 167th <br />Avenue N.W. <br />9. 'li i • The site will continue to be served by on -site sewer and water. <br />10. Landscanina r nin • No additional landscaping is required in conjunction with the <br />expansion. All areas disturbed during construction should be restored with seed or sod. <br />11. Drainage: The proposed 3600 square foot expansion will contribute a minor additional <br />amount of run -off which would drain to nearby wetlands. <br />The Planning Commission will be meeting at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday, June 6, to consider your <br />request for site plan approval.
