the unexpired term of such office. <br />2.8 Quorum A majority of all voting members to the <br />Organization shall constitute a quorum, but less than a quorum <br />may adjourn a scheduled meeting. <br />2..9 Meetings: Regular meetings of the Organization shall <br />be held at least once per quarter on a day selected by the <br />Organization. Special meetings may be held at the call of the <br />chair or by any two members giving not less than forty -eight (48) <br />hours written notice of the time, place and purpose of such <br />meeting delivered or mailed to the residence of the Organization <br />members, -All meetings of the Organization are subject to Minn. <br />Stat. Sec. 471.705. <br />2.10 Organization Office: The office of the Organization <br />shall be <br />2.11 Alternate Members: One alternate member to the <br />Organization may be appointed.by appropriate resolution of the <br />governing body of each party to this Agreement and filed with the <br />Organization.
