We secured a mortgage <br /> for the improvements to Amber Ridge from Northeast State Bank at <br /> market rate interest. This is no different than any mortgage we <br /> have secured in different communities throughout the metro area <br /> 9vet the last 20 years. I fail to see how anyone but the owners <br /> ~f Northeast State Bank receive any direct benefit from these <br /> transactions. I consider any implications to the contrary a <br /> direct insult to my integrity.
