This classification compares well to 1994 Stanton comparisons for: Inspector I with a range of $20,093 - $29,145 Community Service Officer with a range of $20,592 ~ $26,707 The Ramsey positions of the Accounting Clerk and Building Inspector are both also found in Class 8. It would be my expectation that Council approval of the above would result in an internal posting pursuant to the attached. If the position is not filled internally, I would request authorization to proceed with an external posting. Subject to upcoming budget discussions, the above is the only change I am suggesting for the organization chart enclosed herein. Committee Action: Motion to take no action on the Building Maintenance Worker reassignment request. - and - Motion t° direct that the Recording Secretary complete an update of the position Time Spent Profile for possible future action. - and - Motion to authorize the City Administrator to post and fill the Administrative Assistant position in Class 8.
