The addition of paved traffic lane is proposed along the north side of the building and the owners <br />are requesting that the requirement for B-612 concrete curbing along the edge of this pavement be <br />w~ived to a/low for the possibility of zero lot line paved parking between whatever develops on the <br />vaCant lot to the north and the car wash, and for ease in plowing of this blacktop area in the winter. <br />The Planning Commission and City Staff are recommending that the curbing requirement not be <br />w~ved. The pavement on the noah side of the building is a traffic lane to the wash entrance and <br />c~bing will direct and contain that traffic on site. Snow storage has to be provided for on-site or <br />remOved; it cannot be deposited On an adjacent vacant lot. <br /> <br />The revised site plan has been modified to include proposed lighting and an indoor waste storage <br /> <br />~e City Engineer has determined that as a result of the expansion, nearly all of the site will be <br />impervious and there is no practical way to detain runoff from the site.
