City Staff is suggesting that <br />consideration be given to redirecting the Ramsey BlVd. yard access onto Sunwood Drive near <br />R~sey Blvd. This access would give larger mucks an easier access onto Ramsey Blvd. in the <br />future, as it is anticipated that the Sunwood intersection will be signalized. <br /> <br />~W~lland: Wetland 4/117P is located on the property and in accordance with the recommendations <br />ofithe Park Commission when the AEC Energy Park plat was reviewed, the development of a <br />p~estrian trail and picnic sites around the wetland were to be considered at the time the site plan <br />fo! the AEC facility was reviewed.
