Couneilmember <br /> <br />introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #95-09: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ORDERING IMPROVEMENT AND PREPARATION OF PLANS <br />AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR IMPROVEMENT PROJECT 895-14 (MUNICIPAL <br />SANITARY SEWER AND WATER EXTENSION TO HAUBRICH ADDITION) <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, a resolution of the City Council adopted the June 27, 1995, fixed a date for <br />a Council hearing on the proposed improvement of municipal sani.tary sewer and water extension <br />to Haubrich Addition (Project ~35-14); and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City has waited the required sixty (60) days following the public <br />hearing; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, ten days' mailed notice and two weeks' published notice of the hearing was <br />given, and the hearing was held thereon on July 25, 1995, at which time all persons desiring to be <br />heard were given an opportunity to be heard thereon. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA: <br /> <br />1) <br /> <br />Such improvement is hereby ordered as proposed in the council resolution adopted June <br />27, 1995. <br /> <br />2) <br /> <br />Steven Jankowsld is hereby designated as the engineer for this improvement. He shall <br />prepare plans and specifications for the making of such improvement. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br /> and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br />and the following abstained: <br /> <br />· and the following were absent: <br /> <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council this <br />the 26th day of September, I995. <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />Mayor <br /> <br />City Administrator <br /> <br /> <br />
