Subdivision - Design Standards § 9.50.30 9.50.51 Monuments. Subdivision I. Official monuments as designated and adopted by the Anoka County Surveyor's Office and approved by the Anoka County District Court for use as judicial monuments shall be set at each comer or angle on the outside boundary of the final plat or in accordance with a plan as approved by the City Engineer. The boundary line of the property to be included with the plat shall be fully dimensioned, all angles of the boundary excepting the closing angle shall be indicated, all monuments and surveyor's irons shall be indicated and each angle point of the boundary perimeter shall be so monumentexL Subd. 2. Pipes or steel rods shall be placed at each lot and at each intersection of street center lines. All Federal, State, County or other official bench marks, monuments or triangular stations in or adjacent to the property shall be preserved in precise position and shall be recorded on the plat. All lot and block dimensions shall be on the plat and all necessary angles pertaining to the lots and blocks as an aid to future surveys shall be shown on the plat. No ditto marks will be penrdtted in indicating dimensions. Subd. 3. To insure that all irons and monuments are correctly in place following the final grading of a plat, a second monumentation shall be required. Proof of the second monumentation shall be in the form of a surveyor's certificate and this requirement shall additionally be a condition of certificate of occupancy as provided for in the code as may be amended. 9.50.52 Street Improvement Standards. Subdivision I. The full width of the ROW of each street and alley shall be graded, including the subgrade of the areas to be paved, in accordance with the standards and specifications established by the City. Subd. 2. All streets shall be paved with concrete or bituminous surfacing in accordance with the standards and specifications for construction as approved by the Council. Subd. 3. All private driveways providing access to public ROW shall approach to grade level. Driveways and sidewalks shall have a surface of either concrete or bituminous material. Subd. 4. Street signs of a design approved by the City shall be installed at each street intersection at the subdivider's expense. Subd. 5. No building permit shall be issued for any lot in the subdivision until the improvements required by the performance contract have been completed and accepted by the City, except that building permits may be issued if the only improvement to be completed is that of the final street surfacing and curb and gutter. Between the period of issuance of the first building permit and the City's final acceptance of the street, the City will snowplow the street only and will provide no other street maintenance on said street. 9.50.53 Sanitary sewer and water distribution improvements. Subdivision 1. Sanitary sewers and water facilities shall be installed in accordance with the standards and specifications as required by the Council and subject to the approval of the City Engineer. !
