NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF RI~SEY, ~IOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows.' <br /> <br />That effective January 1, 1996, an additional fee of <br />$~.50 per square foot of non-residential building space <br />created shall be added to each non-residential building <br />p~rmit fee. <br /> <br />That effective January 1, 1996, a $250.00 fee shall be <br />a~ded to all residential building permits issued for <br />c~nstruction of the principal structure on lots or <br />p~rcels of record which lots or parcels of record existed <br />p~ior to January 1, 1996. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly <br />seconded by~Councilmember and upon vote being taken <br />thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />and the follpwing voted against the same: <br /> <br />and the following abstained: <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br />Whereupon sa~d resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by <br />the Ramsey City Council the day of November, 1995. <br /> <br />ATTEST: Mayor <br /> <br />City Administrator <br /> <br />2 <br /> <br /> <br />
