I I I I I I I I I I I I I Ou side of the storm season, the service c~ will be made within five (5) bu: bess days of the report by the City of a problem. 1.~ .2 SERVICES PERFOR/~:~_.D-Services performed pursuant to this paragraph 1.2 will consist of analysis of the apparent problem, repair or replacement of the parts which appear to be failed, and retest of the unit. In the case of failures to ~arts other than those covered by this agreement (including, but not limited to, failure of the siren itself or electrical service to the unit), the City and/or its ele ~,trician will be notified as specified by the City. 1.~.3 TIMF. Any repair which is not complete for any rea[on within two (2) weeks of a failure reported in writing by the City may at the option of the City be considered a 'breach of this agreement and shall the eupon be cause for'the withholding of payments to Doradus or, alternatively ma t, at the option of the City be cause for cancellation of this agreement. 1.2.4 l~g. PORTING-Following each emergency service response, a report will be mmediately prepared by the Doradus technician and forwarded to the City de~ribing the problem reported, the analysis of the problem and corrective act!ons taken, if any. 1.3 MOI'TITORING OF TEST i~PORTS- Doradus Shall monitor the following test reports onisirens covered by this agreement resulting from silent tests run by the City or by the ~ounty in which the City is located on units described in Attachment 2: 1.~.1 FREQUENCY- Doradus will monitor silent test reports a minimum of on~ per week, generally on the day following the running of a silent test. 1.3~.2 ANALYSIS- Doradus will monitor these test reports for items which re~esent to Doradus known failure modes of the units and for events not pr~iously seen or explained. The appearance of such failure modes and events in ~uch silent test reports will be treated by Doradus as a call for emergency semite under paragraph 1.2. The City and the County in which the City is located are encouraged to cOntinue to monitor the operation of each siren in any m .abner currently used (including but not limited to live observers of monthly test~, analysis of silent test results, etc) and to report any suspected discrepancies to Doradus. These reports will also be treated as calls for emergency service under paragraph 1.2. 1.31~.3 REPORTING- Doradus will provide to the City a monthly summary of all pertinent data gathered as a result of such tests. 2.
