Energy Park <br /> <br />Dear Mr. Jankowski: <br /> <br />As requested, we have prepared this letter as an estimate of our services to provide <br />for the construction of the improvements in the A.E.C. Energy Park. It is our <br />understanding that the project will include the construction of Sunwood Drive from <br />Industry Avenue to Ramsey Boulevard. In addition sanitary sewer, watermain and <br />storm sewer will be installed along Sunwood Drive and trunk sanitary sewer and <br />watermain will be extended north approximately 2000 feet to Industry Avenue. It is <br />also proposed to jack the trunk sanitary sewer and watermain under Industry Avenue. <br />The project would also include the extension of the 18 inch trunk sanitary sewer line <br />from 143rd Avenue to Sunwood Drive and the trunk watermain extension along <br />Industry Avenue which we are currently under contract to complete. <br /> <br />Our estimated "not to exceed" costs for basic services and our estimated costs for <br />technical engineering services for the additional improvements are as follows: <br /> <br />1. Basic Engineering Services <br /> <br />Preparation of plans and specifications for the extension of sanitary <br />sewer, watermain, storm sewer and Sunwood Drive. <br />Identify and prepare legal descriptions for easements required outside <br />dedicated rights-of-way. <br />Address requirements for dewatering and County Highway permits <br />associated with the construction. <br />Submit plans to Mn/DOT for approval of MSA funding. <br /> <br />Engineers <br /> <br />Landscape Architects <br /> <br />Surveyors <br /> <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> ! <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br /> <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br /> <br />I <br /> <br /> <br />
