Councilmember Peterson stated that tho Personnel Committee should meet with Mr. <br /> Schroeder after he conducts the phone interviews. <br /> <br />Councilmember Beyer stated she was going to suggest a special meeting be set up to <br />review all applications with Staff but agreed that it could be done from the point after the <br />phone interviews. <br /> <br />Mayor Hardin stated he would like to see the criteria used for scoring the applicants. <br /> <br />3) Zoning Administrator Commendation <br /> <br />Zoning Administrator Frolik thanked Mr. Schroeder for acknowledging all her cases earlier <br />but added that she could not do it without the cooperation of her peers and supervisors. <br /> <br />4) Gerry Randall <br /> <br />Mayor Hardin thanked Mr. Gerry Randall for coming to the meeting to issue the oath of <br />office to Patrol Officer Gary Voit. <br /> <br />ADJOURNMENT <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Beahen and seconded by Councilmember Beyer to adjourn the <br />meeting. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Hardin, Councilmembers Beahen, Beyer, Peterson <br />and Zimmerman.
