The information <br />continued ~erein documents the process and findings of an analysis done by the County. <br />In 1993, Anoka County authorized/ts consultant to evaluate the impact of the MUSA <br />expansions ~aroposed by the two cities on the roadway network potentially affected. <br />This work ~as conducted by BRW, Inc. in 1993-94 as an update to the Anoka County <br />Compreherksive 2010 Transportation Plan. The analysis was coordinated vdth <br />Mn/DOT, ~he cities of Ramsey and Andover, and Metropolitan Council staff. The <br />specific loc~ttions to be exam/ned, demographic forecasts to be used, forecasting <br />methodolog3' and models were agreed upon by the County and Met Council staff, with <br />input from the two cities.
