The plan must indicate trees to be preserved and the planting of at least one 2 inch diatneter tree on each of the lots. The species and location of trees to be planted are subject to ihe approval of the City and shall be specified on the landscape plan. park DediCation; The sketch plan will be reviewed by the Park and Recre&tion CommissiCn. It is anticipated that the park dedication will consist of a combination of cash and trail development. The applicant should be meeting with Parks & Utilities Supervisor Mark BoOs to coordinate any modifications necessary to the sketch plan based on the preferred ~alignments for trails and utilities. The Planning Commission will be meeting at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday, March 7, 1995 at the Ramsey Municipal Center~ 15153 Nowthen Blvd., to consider your request for sketch plan review of Fox Knoll. The Park and Recreation Commission will be meeting at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday, March 8 at the Elk River City ~all, 13065 Orono Parkway, _E, lk River, to review your sketch plan for park dedication considerations. (The reason Ramsey s Park Commission is meeting in Elk River is because following the items on their regular agenda, they will be conducting a joint meeting with the Elk River Parl~Commission).
