Detention <br />basi¢, s may be provided on individual lots or a regional basin may serve all <br />thre~_ properties. In any case, a drainage easement for the discharge pipe <br />should be identified. It is suggested that this easement could run concun'ent <br />with !the private service road. <br /> <br />The ~l¢lineated wetland should be protected on the final plat with a drainage <br />and ~atility easement. Copies of the delineation worksheets should be <br />subraitted to the City for review. <br /> <br />The fstandard 10 foot wide drainage and utility easements should be <br />provided along the outer perimeter of each lot and 5 foot wide drainage and <br />utilit~ easements along all common property lines. <br /> <br />Park Dedication: It is anticipated that park dedication will consist of a cash <br />payr~ent.
