Case #3 <br /> <br />RECOMMEND PARK DEDICATION FOR RIVERVIEW BOWL <br /> By: Parks/Utilities Supervisor Mark Boos <br /> <br />Background: <br /> <br />As the attached ma~rials present, Superbowl, Inc. is requesting a minor subdivision to re-plat six <br />commercial lots into one commercial lot and two urban residential lots. <br /> <br />Attached for your information: <br /> <br /> · Planning Commission case dated 6/6/95 <br /> · Site location map <br /> · Sketch plan <br /> · Review letter <br /> <br />Observation: <br /> <br />While park dedication was paid on the commercial lots in 1976, commercial park dedication rates <br />are substantially les~ than residential contributions. Therefore, park dedication is due on the two <br />new residential units created.
