C.S.A.H. #116. The remainder of the lots will receive public access from the extension of Sunwood Drive to Ramsey Blvd. N.W. The plat shows a cu~e in Sunwood Drive beginning at the eastern boundary of the plat to cont!ect to the planned intersection point on Sunwood Drive and C.S.A.H. #116. This curve should have a minimum 500 foot radius, which would require starting the curve approximately 70 to 80 feet west of the eastern bou~adary, rather than at the eastern boundary as shown. Also, the prop~josed intersection of Sunwood Drive with C.S.A.H. #56 falls at a point which is roughly six inches lower than the high point on C.S.A.H. #56. The;adequacy of the sight distance to the south should be confirmed. The County has been provided with a copy of this plat for comment. Park Dedication: The plat will be reviewed by the Park Commission at it's regular meeting June. There is a substantial wetland area in the northeast corner of the plat that is proposed to be dedicated for open space pu~oses. The Park Commission will be meeting at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday, June 8, 1995 at Central Park, 7925 161st Avenue N.W. (Rain delay: 6:30 p.m., Thursday, June 8, Ramsey Municipal Center, 15153 NoWthen Blvd. N.W.) You, or your representative, should plan on atter~ding the meeting or at a minimum, discussing the park issues with Mark Boos, Parks & Utilities Supervisor, 427-1410 or 427-1741. Trails: Preliminary discussions indicate that there will be a trail around the wetland in the northeast corner of the plat. The boundaries of the park should be such that there is a 12 foot wide strip of high ground around the wetland and between the wetland and the sedimentation pond on what is shown as Outlot B. The Planning Commission will be meeting at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday, June 6, 1995 at the Ramsay Municipal Center, 15153 Nowthen Blvd. N.W.
