Subdivision - Design Standards § 9.50.30 <br /> <br />contract shall be accepted as equivalent improvements provided the City Engineer shall <br />certify in writing that ail said improvements conform to City standards. <br /> <br /> Subd.ll. Construction by City. The City shall have the right to <br />install such of the required improvements as it may elect and upon such terms and <br />conditions as it may deem appropriate under the circumstances. <br /> <br /> Subd.12. Warranty. The Ci~ shall, where appropriate, require a <br />subdivider submission of a warranty/maintenance bond in the amount equal to the original <br />cost of the improvements which shall be in force for one (1) year following the final <br />acceptance of any required improvements and shall guarantee satisfactory performance of <br />said improvements. ' <br /> <br /> Subd.13. As Built Plans. Upon completion of installation of all <br />required improvements, the subdivider shall file with the City a tracing and two (2) copies <br />of plans and specifications showing all improvements as finally constructed and installed. <br />Such as-built drawings shall be certified to be true and accurate by the registered engineer <br />responsible for the installation of the improvements. <br /> <br />9.50.51 Monuments. <br /> <br /> Subdivision 1. Official monuments as designated and adopted by the <br />Anoka County Surveyor's Office and approved by the Anoka County District Court for use <br />as judicial monuments shall be set at each comer or angle on the outside boundary of the <br />final plat or in accordance with a plan as approved by the City Engineer. The boundary line <br />of the property to be included with the plat shall be fully dimensioned, all angles of the <br />boundary excepting the closing angle shall be indicated, ail monuments and surveyor's <br />irons shall be indicated and each angle point of the boundary perimeter shall be so <br />monumented. <br /> <br /> Subd. 2. Pipes or steel rods shall be placed at each lot and at each <br />intersection of street center lines. All. Federal, State, County or other official bench marks, <br />monuments or triangular stations in or adjacent to the property shall be preserved in precise <br />position and shall be recorded on the plat. Ail lot and block dimensions shall be on the plat <br />and all necessary angles pertaining to the lots and blocks as an aid to future surveys shall be <br />shown on the plat, No ditto marks will be permitted in indicating dimensions. <br /> <br /> Subd. 3. To insure that all irons and monuments are correctly in place <br />following the final grading of a plat, a second monumentation shall be required. Proof of <br />the second monumentation shall be in the form of a surveyor's certificate and this <br />requirement shall additionally be a condition of certificate of occupancy as provided for in <br />the code as may be amended. <br /> <br />9.50.52 Street Improvement Standards. <br /> <br /> Subdivision 1. The full width of the ROW of each street and alley shall <br />be graded, including the subgrade of the areas to be' paved, in accordance with the <br />standards and specifications established by the City. <br /> <br /> Subd. 2. All streets shall be paved with concrete or bituminous surfacing <br />in accordance with the standards and specifications for construction as approved by the <br />Council. <br /> <br /> Subd. 3. All private driveways providing access to public ROW shall <br />approach to grade level. Driveways and sidewalks shall have a surface of either concrete or <br />bituminous material. <br /> <br /> <br />
