Tr~c noise at this location <br />could exceed Noise Standards established by the US Department of Housing and <br />Urban Development and the Minnesota Pollution Control Agency. Anoka County <br />policy regarding new developments adjacent to existing County Highways prohibits <br />the expenditure of highway funds for noise mitigation .measures. The City and/or <br />the Developer should assess the noise situation and take any action deemed <br />necessary to rnln~mlze associated impacts at this site from any traffic noise. <br /> <br />Thank you for the opportunity to comment.
