City Staff Is recommending that the boundaries of the proposed plat of Northfork Moors be <br />expanded to include the surrounding unplatted remnant parcels. All property to be held by <br />North Forg, Inc. could be designated as outlots for future development, the property to be <br />conveyed ~o the homeowners association woud be designated as another outlot, the parks <br />and trails ~ be conveyed to the City would be designated as such, and the location of the <br />Whisperin~ Pines drainage system could be located and identified as a drainage and utility <br />easement. <br /> <br />The Ramsey Planaing Commission will be meeting at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday, February 7, 1995 at <br />the Ramsey MuniCipal Center, 15153 Nowthen Blvd. N.W. to consider your request for sketch <br />plan approval of 14iorthfork Moors Addition. I strongly suggest that you, or your representative, <br />be present at the imeeting to answer any questions that may arise. If you have any questions, <br />please don't hesitafe to call me.
