Bunker Lake Boulevard Extension and Puma <br />Street widening. <br />• Prepare Staging and Traffic Control Sheets <br />• Prepare in place Topography and Removals and add sheets for Bunker Lake Boulevard <br />Extension and Puma Street widening. <br />• Prepare sanitary sewer relocation /reconstruction plans <br />• Update Armstrong Boulevard drainage plans. Prepare storm drainage layout and sizing. <br />Conduct spread run -by analysis and determine catch basin locations. Prepare final storm <br />drainage plans and tabulations. <br />• Develop a Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plan (SWPPP) for the project including temporary <br />and permanent erosion control measures and storm water management systems. <br />• Prepare signing and striping plans including tabulations and details <br />• Prepare final signal plans including accommodations for EVP system. <br />• Prepare Intersection Details <br />• Prepare Bidding Schedule and Estimated Quantities, Cost <br />7.0 Prepare Project Manual <br />This will include the technical specifications, the Instructions to Bidders, and the Contract conditions. <br />8.0 Prepare Permit Applications <br />The permit applications will include the following permits <br />• Minnesota Pollution Control Agency (MPCA) NPDES Storm Water Permit <br />• Minnesota Pollution Control Agency (MPCA) Sanitary Sewer Extension Permit <br />• Minnesota Department of Health (MDH) Permits for watermain extension and dewatering. <br />• Anoka County Work in ROW Permit. <br />• Lower Rum River Watershed Management Organization Permit. <br />9.0 Bidding Administration <br />Bidding Administration will include the following: <br />• Prepare Advertisement <br />• Distribute Bidding Documents <br />• Answer Questions <br />• Prepare, issue and distribute addenda <br />
