Dra{nage: There is a tile line which drains water from the dirt parking lot toward Rivlyn <br />Street N,W. It is unknown whether this tile actually connects to the storm sewer in Rivlyn <br />Street. Following improvements, the general drainage pattern will be similar to the existing <br />one. Ail flow will drain from Hwy. gl0 N.W., southward toward Pdvlyn Street. The <br />grading from the southwest comer of the paved lot should be graded with an 18 inch deep <br />swale draining to the south along the west property line to prevent water from draining onto <br />the adjacent property. A shallow sump area, approximatey 25 feet square, should be <br />created in the southwest comer of the lot. This swale and sump area should be graded and <br />revegetated to allow infiltration of and sediment removal from the mn-off prior to <br />overflowing into the street storm sewer. <br /> <br />The Planning Commission will be meeting at 7:30 p.m. on Thursday, November 9, 1995 to <br />consider your request for site plan approval for site improvements at 6246 Hwy. #10 N.W.
