Mayor Gamec stated this issue will be discussed at a future meeting and he believes that the <br />Council will probably leave it the way it is but Ms. Tersteeg will be notified when that meeting <br />will be held. <br /> <br />Ms. Tersteeg stated she has been told in the past that this is not the right time to give her <br />comments and it will probably be rezoned as she wants. However, she remains concerned. <br /> <br />Mayor Gamec stated the issue will be discussed at a work session and Ms. Tersteeg, as well as <br />the other neighbors, will receive notification of that meeting date. <br /> <br />APPROVE AGENDA <br /> <br />Mayor Gamec requested the following Agenda revisions: <br /> o Consent Agenda Item 8 will be moved to Case #14A <br /> o Cases #20, #2l and #19 will be considered following Case #11 <br /> o Case #22 will be tabled to a future work session <br /> <br />City Attorney Goodrich asked if the motion to adopt the agenda will include tabling Case #22. <br /> <br />Mayor Gamec stated that is correct. <br /> <br />Councihnember Pearson asked Police Chief Way to provide an update on the Law Enforcement <br />following the Consent Agenda. <br /> <br />Motion by Mayor Gamec, seconded by Councilmember Cook, to approve the agenda as amended <br />above. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Gamec, and Councilmembers Cook, Elvig, Kurak, Pearson, <br />Strommen, and Zimmerman.
