The number of off-street parlcmg spaces shall consist of a minimum <br />of 15 employ~e, 7 visitor, and 3 tractor-trailer. <br /> <br />Ail parking, i~loading, and maneuverLng areas and driveways shall be surfaced with <br />bituminous or concrete and finished with B-612 or sm'mountable concrete curbing. <br /> <br />All loading aml unloading operations shall be conducted wholly inside the building. <br /> <br />The traffic generated by the use shall be controlled in a manner that will avoid congestion of <br />pubhc streets aud traffic hazards. <br /> <br />The Permit HoMer shall regularly police the area open or visible to the public so as to keep <br />it in a neat, orderly, sanitary and aesthetic condition at-all times. <br /> <br />The use of trailers, trucks or vehicles for long term storage 0onger than 30 consecutive <br />days) is prohib[ted. All vehicles and nailers on site must bear a current License, be <br />registered, and must be road worthy. <br /> <br /> <br />
