Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION #94-0?- <br /> <br />RESObUTION GRANTING FINAL PLAT APPROVAL OF tlAVEN ESTATES <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Keith and Kristi Borgeson, hereafter referred to as "Developers", have <br />properly applied for plat approval on the following described property located in the City of <br />Ramsey: <br /> <br /> Lot 1, Block 9, Fox Ridge Estates, Anoka Count3,, Minnesota <br /> <br />- and - <br /> <br />Lots 3 and 4, Block 5 Klemish Addition, Anoka County, Minnesota <br /> <br /> AND WHEREAS, on April 13, 1994, the City received application and sketch plan <br />from Keith Borgeson for Haven Estates; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Ramsey Planning Commission met on May 3, 1994 and approved the <br />sketch plan of Haven Estates and directed the subdivider to proceed to the final plat stage; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Ramsey Park and Recreation Commission met on May 12, 1994 and <br />confirmed that park dedication be satisfied by a combination of land and cash. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />1) <br /> <br />That the Ramsey City Council hereby grants final plat approval to Haven Estates in <br />accordance with the reievant City Codes. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br /> and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />and the follow/ng voted against the same: <br /> <br />and the following abstained: <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council this <br />the day of . 1994. <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />Mayor <br /> <br />City Administrator <br /> <br /> <br />
