Service Charges <br /> <br />All amounts due for recycling collection services plus interest and penalty n-my be collected <br />in a legal action brought for that purpose in the name of the City; or the Administrator may <br />certify to the County Auditor tile amount due for recycling collection charges plus interest <br />and penahy, together with the legal description of the premises served and the County <br />Auditor shall thereupon enter such amount within the tax lev), on the premises collectible <br />with the rexes for the ensuing year. <br /> <br />SECTION 2: SUMMARY <br /> <br />The following official summary of Ordinance #94-__ has been approved by the City Council of the <br />City of Ramsey as clearly infom'ting the public of the intent and effect of the Ordinance. <br /> <br />It is the intent and effect of Ordinance #94-~ to add Section $.t3.07 of the City Code, <br />which Section is entitled "Recycling Rates and Charges."
