However, <br />miflimum pipe size for storm sewer lengths beyond 100 feel in length <br />should be increased to ,', minimum of 15" in dimemr to accommodate <br />¢}e~ning equipment. An erosion son=o} plan needs to be prepared. Also, <br />an ~>veral} drainage plan should b¢ proposed and potential wet areas <br />delineated so that such areas can be protected with drainage easements on <br />the ~-lnaJ plan. <br /> <br />Tree Preservation and Planting Plan: The developer must submit a <br />Landscape Plan as an addendum to the Grading Plan.
