I have forwarded your letter on ~o the en~neer <br />for response. <br /> <br />Within your letter, you assert that I have not been "above board" with you. Alternatively, <br />I have had discussions with you through ever), step of this process. I seldom have a~eed <br />with your various assertions regarding such as alignments, project costs and improvement <br />or lack thereof!to your property, by this proposed road construction. When you have raised <br />an issue I could, n't answer, I have sought an engineering response. When you asked fo~ a <br />shift in the ail ~nment, I have asked the engineers to suggest ways to meet your needs. I am <br />told both staff;and project engineers have met with you on alignment issues. It is indeed <br />unfortunate if ~ou expect staff a~eement in exchange for staff integrity. <br /> <br />Enclosed are the Road and Bridge Committee minutes o¢ January 18, 1994 and April 12, <br /> r <br />1994 regarding Sunwood Dr/ye. Also, please find relevant January 18, 1994 and April 12, <br />1994 Council r~inutes regarding same. Please note that the alignment chosen by Council is <br />not the least ~expensive but is perceived by the various parties as having the most <br />benefits/least detriments. <br /> <br />I hope the aboYe adequately responds to some of your concerns.
