Storm drainage plan. A plan entitled "Comprehensive <br />Storm Drainage Plan for the City of Ramsey, Februaw, 1980", hereinafter "plan" <br />one copy of which is on file in the Office of the CiW Administrator, is hereby adopted <br />and incorporated completely in this section as if set out in full. <br /> <br /> Sub<L 3. Storm Sewer improvemen~ districts. Pursuant to l~iinnesota <br />Statutes Chapter 444 the Council shall from time to time by separate ordinance <br />establish storm sewer improvement districts to pay for the cost of needed storm <br />sewer improvements. <br /> <br /> Subcl 4. Required improvements.
