Execute development permit. <br /> <br />During a Council Workshop, it was suggested that the Planning and <br />Zoning Commission should discuss an architectural review <br />ordinance. <br />It was the consensus of the Commission that the City should <br />establish some guidelines to regulate accessory apartments in the <br />City. <br /> <br />On the next regular Horse Care Board agenda, include a case by <br />Harvey Wibeto regarding proposed minimum standards for horse <br />shelters and fencing. <br />With regard to preliminary plat approval of Sunfish Square, the <br />P&Z voted to recommend that City Council grant preliminary plat <br />approval contingent upon compliance with City Staff Review Letter <br />dated 9/30/93, consideration of Anoka County Highway <br />Department recommendations, resolution of the recommendation <br />for sidewalks in the plat. Prior review by the Park and Rec <br />Commission and that the P&Z see the final plat with all the <br />necessary grading documents bef0r~ it goes to City Council. <br /> <br />Draft an ordinance for the P&Z Commission*s consideration to <br />modify the building permit application on 2-1/2 acres or less to <br />require a Certificate of Survey. <br /> <br />The case entitled "Consider ordinance to reduce thoroughfare <br />setbacks" was tabled until Anoka County finalizes their amended <br />policy. <br /> <br />The P&Z Commission directed Staff to produce documents and <br />specific references to changes in the Transportation Plan exhibit <br />(#11) of the Comprehensive Plan since 1986. The P&Z <br />Commission recommended that City Council approve the amended <br />Comprehensive Plan with notes to the errors in the Transportation <br />Plan and including the last properly approved Transportation Plan <br />for the City of Ramsey in that 'document. Also correct the typos <br />pointed ou[ by Chairperson Bawden regarding page I, paragraph 3, <br />and also in Table 2. <br /> <br />Execute Resolution g03-12-294 (Zimmerman/Beyer/all) accepting <br />the Findings of Fact #0350, as amended, relating to IPS request for <br />a CUP to establish and operate a compost facility. <br /> <br /> <br />
