It is suggested that an area be dedicated for the construction of a sump to hold slormwater. Park Dedication: Park dedication will consist of a cash payment. The reouirement m the commercial district is $1500/acre or 5% of market value, whichever is g-rearer. At $1500 per acre - the park dedication would be $4,470.00 (2.98 acres x $~500). At 5% of market value - the r~ark ded.icadon would be $5,960.00 (2.98 acres x $40,000/acre = $119.20'0.00 x 5%). Park ciedicarion will be basM on market v~ue and is S5,960.00.
