It is <br />suggested that an area be dedicated for the construction of a sump to hold <br />slormwater. <br /> <br />Park Dedication: Park dedication will consist of a cash payment. The <br />reouirement m the commercial district is $1500/acre or 5% of market value, <br />whichever is g-rearer. At $1500 per acre - the park dedication would be <br />$4,470.00 (2.98 acres x $~500). At 5% of market value - the r~ark <br />ded.icadon would be $5,960.00 (2.98 acres x $40,000/acre = $119.20'0.00 <br />x 5%).
