The developer should submit drainage calculations <br />with drgfi'nage area maps showing existing and proposed conditions and pond <br />computations. Water retention devices or areas are required to maintain the current rate <br />of runoff. Drainage areas must be maintained. Near the northwest property corner, <br />alung T'~ 47, a drainage sink exists with no outlet. -If the basin is to be reduced in size., <br />runoff tO the basin must be reduced or an outlet provided. The Lower Rum River <br />Watersh~ District should review the final drainage plans.
