TRAINING AND EXPERIENCE: <br />Minimum Qualifications <br />1. Bachelor's degree in public administration, business, finance, or a related field. <br />2. Seven to ten years of executive management experience, preferably in a high growth <br />community of similar size or larger than Ramsey. <br />3. Excellent oral and written communication skills. <br />4. Valid unrestricted class D state driver's license with a good driving record. <br />Desired Qualifications <br />1.
