Motion by Commissioner Terry and seconded by Commissioner Thorud to add an item numbered <br />3a which should read "The property top soil shall be no deeper than 12" in depth". <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Acting Chairman Hendriksen, Commissioners Terry, Thorud, <br />Bawden, Deemer and LaDue. Voting No: None. Absent: Chairman Zimmerman. <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner Deemer and seconded by Commissioner Terry to amend item #4 to read <br />"That the access to the subject property shall be from the proposed 153rd Avenue N.W. <br />thoroughfare and the rear property coruers will be officially marked and established when this <br />excavation is completed". <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Acting Chairman Hendriksen, Commissioners Deemer, Terry, <br />Bawden, LaDue and Thomd. Voting No: None. Absent: Chairman Zimmerman. <br /> <br />Item #5 shall be left as is. <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner Terry and seconded by Commissioner Deemer to amend item #6 to <br />include the statement "All mature oak trees along the edge of the marsh will be preserved". <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Acting Chairman Hendriksen, Commissioners Terry, Deemer, <br />Bawden, LaDue and Thomd. Voting No: None. Absent: Chairman Zimmerman. <br /> <br />Item #'s 8, 9 and 10 remain as presented. <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner Deemer and seconded by Commissioner Bawden to delete the present <br />item #11 and rewrite it to read "No hauling allowed off of this site or the construction site of 153rd <br />Avenue N.W.". <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Acting Chairman Hendriksen, Commissioners Deemer, Bawden, <br />LaDue, Terry and Thorud. Voting No: None. Absent: Chairman Zimmerman. <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner Deemer and seconded by Commissioner Bawden to delete item #12 as it <br />doesn't apply. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Acting Chairman Hendriksen, Commissioners Deemer, Bawden, <br />LaDue, Terry and Thom& Voting No: None. Absent: Chairman Zimmerman. <br /> <br />Items #13 and 14 shall remain as is except they will now be numbers 12 and 13. <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner Deemer and seconded by Commissioner Thorud to strike the words "and <br />painted regularly" from #15 (now #14) and also to correct the typo by adding the "y" to machinery. <br /> <br />Motiou carried. Voting Yes: Acting Chairman Hendriksen, Commissioners Deemer, Thorud, <br />Bawden, LaDue and Terry. Voting No: None. Absent: Chairman Zimmerman. <br /> <br />Items #16 through #19 remain the same except the numbers change to 15 through 18 due to the <br />deletion of item #12. <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner Deemer and seconded by Commissioner Thorud to add #19 which shall <br />read "Any damage to the fence between Lots 2 and 3 will be repaired immediately to the <br />satisfaction of the owner of Lot 2, and the property owner will be notified immediately in case of <br />damage to the fence. <br /> <br />Planning & Zoning/December 4, 1990 <br /> Page 5 of 12 <br /> <br /> <br />
