Absent: Commissioners Shumway and Holm. <br /> <br />Case #2: Request For Preliminary Plat Approval Of North Forty 2nd <br /> Addition; Case of Mr. Richard Sybrant: <br /> <br />Mr. Sybrant was present requesting preliminary plat approval of North Forty 2nd Addition. <br /> <br />The Commission proceeded to review the City Engineer's letter dated April 27, 1989. <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner LaDue and seconded by Commissioner Terry to recommend that <br />City Council approve the preliminary plat of North Forty 2nd Addition contingent upon <br />compliance to the City Engineer's review dated April 27, 1989 and approval by the U.S. <br />Army Corp of Engineers. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Chairman Zimmerman, Commissioners Hendriksen, LaDue <br />and Terry. Voting No: None. Absent: Commissioners Shumway and Holm. <br /> <br />The Commission recessed at 8:50 p.m. <br /> <br />Chairman Zimmerman called the meeting back to order at 9:08 p.m. <br /> <br />Case #3: Request For Preliminary Plat Approval For Northfork 3rd <br /> Addition; Case of Mr. Dennis Peck: <br /> <br />Mr. Peck was present requesting preliminary plat approval of Northfork 3rd Addition. <br /> <br />The Commission proceeded to review the City Engineer's report dated April 27, 1989. <br /> <br />Mr. Peck noted that Northfork 3rd has been reduced from 16 to 15 lots in order to avoid <br />having to add fill to areas where there is significant tree cover. Mr. Peck also noted that the <br />City Council has approved the Northfork P.U.D. Park Dedication Agreement as <br />recommended by the Planning and Zoning Commission. <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner LaDue and seconded by Commissioner Terry to recommend that <br />City Council approve the amended preliminary plat for Northfork 3rd Addition contingent <br />upon the developer complying with Items 1-6 of the City Engineer's report dated April 27, <br />1989. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Chairman Zimmerman, Commissioners Terry, LaDue and <br />Hendriksen. Voting No: None. Absent: Commissioners Shumway and Holm. <br /> <br />Case #4: Request For Preliminary Plat Approval For Dellwood Hills <br /> Addition; Case Mr. Lee A. Hennen: <br /> <br />Mr. Hennen was present requesting preliminary plat approval of Dellwood Hills consisting <br />of 9 single family lots averaging 2.65 acres in size. <br /> <br />Planning & Zoning Commission/May 2, 1989 <br /> Page 5 of 10 <br /> <br /> <br />
