recommend that City Council adopt the proposed findings of fact relating to Mr. John <br />Peterson's request to rezone Chestnut Hills. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Chairman Zimmerman, Commissioners Bawden, Deemer, <br />LaDue, Hendriksen and Terry. Voting No: None. Absent: Commissioner Shumway. <br /> <br />Case #11: <br /> <br />Request To Rezone The Proposed Plat Of Cedar Hills From R- <br />I Rural Residential To R-1 Urban Residential; Case of Mr. <br />Wally Anderson; ARADCO, Inc.: <br /> <br />The Commission proceeded to review the proposed findings of fact. <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner Hendriksen and seconded by Commissioner Bawden to <br />recommend that City Council adopt the proposed findings of fact relating to Mr. Wally <br />Anderson's request to rezone Cedar Hills. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Chairman Zimmerman, Commissioners Bawden, Deemer, <br />LaDue, Hendriksen and Terry. Voting No: None. Absent: Commissioner Shumway. <br /> <br />Case #12: <br /> <br />Request To Rezone The Proposed Plat Of Juniper Woods From <br />R-1 Rural Residential To R-1 Urban Residential; Case Of Mr. <br />Dick Knutson; BLH Development Company: <br /> <br />Dorothy Stadfelt - 15111 Juniper Ridge Drive - Noted that the case write up in the agenda <br />indicates that the March, 1988 application for Juniper Woods proposed 76 single family <br />lots; the proposed findings of fact indicates that the March, 1988 application proposed 75 <br />single family lots; Mr. Knutson has indicated that the plat consists of 73 single family lots. <br /> <br />Mr. Banwart replied that the March, 1988 application for Juniper Woods proposed 75 <br />single family lots; since that time, the plat has been revised to 73 single family lots. <br /> <br />Dorothy Stadfelt - Noted that Item #2 of the proposed findings of fact indicates that the <br />Applicant was present for the public hearing to rezone the property and he was not. <br />Dorothy Stadfelt also noted that the July 13, 1989 Metro Council approval to Ramsey's <br />MUSA expansion referred to in Item #10 of the findings was assumed at the time the <br />findings of fact were drafted. Dorothy Stadfelt inquired if there is any supporting <br />documentation for Item #13 of the proposed findings of fact which indicates that the City <br /> <br />Planning & Zoning Commission/July 18, 1989 <br /> Page 8 of 11 <br /> <br /> <br />
