Gordon: <br /> <br />Harley Gordon stated that the proposed plat of Gordon's Gardens 2nd Addition is 26 acres <br />in size and is a resubdivision of Lot 2, Block 1, Gordon's Gardens Addition into 4 lots. <br />Harley Gordon noted that Lots 1 and 2 will share an existing driveway onto Cty. Rd. 4/22; <br />Lot 3 will access onto County Road//83; Lot 4 will access onto Cty. Rd.//22. <br /> <br />The Commission proceeded to review the City Engineer's report dated September 26, <br />1989. <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner Deemer and seconded by Commissioner Terry to accept the <br />sketch plan for Gordon's Gardens 2nd Addition contingent upon items contained in the <br />City Engineer's report dated September 26, 1989 and with accesses as described by Harley <br />Gordon. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Chairman Zimmerman, Commissioners Hendriksen, LaDue, <br />Deemer, Bawden and Terry. Voting No: None.
