Case #13: Reschedule November Planning And Zoning Meeting And <br /> Board Of Adjustment Meeting Dates: <br /> <br />Mark Banwart noted that the regular Planning and Zoning meeting for November falls on <br />Election Day and the regular Board of Adjustment meeting falls on Thanksgiving Day. <br />Mark Banwart noted that it appears a special meeting in October will be required to <br />complete business from the October 3 agenda. It may also be necessary to schedule a <br />special Planning and Zoning meeting in November to adequately address all of the <br />applications for subdivisions. <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner Deemer and seconded by Commissioner Hendriksen to schedule <br />the following meetings: <br /> <br />1) <br />2) <br />3) <br />4) <br /> <br />October 17 - Special Planning and Zoning meeting. <br />November 6 - Regular Planning and Zoning meeting. <br />November 21 - Board of Adjustment <br />November 21 - Possible special Planning and Zoning meeting. <br /> <br />Motion carded. Voting Yes: Chairman Zimmerman, Commissioners Hendriksen, LaDue, <br />Deemer, Bawden and Terry. Voting No: None. Absent: Commissioner Shumway. <br /> <br />Case 87: <br /> <br />Request For Preliminary Plat Approval Of Haubrich Addition; <br />Case Of John And Marilyn Haubrich: <br /> <br />John and Madlyn Haubrich were present requesting preliminary plat approval of Haubrich <br />Addition. The plat consists of 17.2 acres proposed to be platted into 6 single family rural <br />lots. The subject property is located on the west side of Nowthen Blvd. N.W., across <br />from Ramsey Municipal Center. <br /> <br />The Commission proceeded to review the City Engineer's report dated September 26, <br />1989. <br /> <br />The Commission requested that Community Development Director Mark Banwart forward <br />the plat to the Anoka County Highway Department for review and comment. <br /> <br />Jeff Caine was present representing John and Marilyn Haubrich and stated that he will be <br />reviewing the need for a ponding area with City Engineer Peter Raatikka. <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner Deemer and seconded by Commissioner Bawden to recommend <br />that City Council approve the preliminary plat of Haubrich Addition contingent upon <br />compliance with items contained in the City Engineer's report dated September 26, 1989. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Chairman Zimmerman, Commissioners Hendriksen, LaDue, <br />Deemer, Bawden and Terry. Voting No: None.
