Adopting or amending an ordinance regulating the use of land <br />2264 including rezoning of particular tracts of the land. <br />2265 2 Granting a variance from a provision of this subdivision that <br />2266 related to the zoning dimension provisions of section 117 256 <br />2267 subsection (d) and any other zoning dimcnsion provision: <br />2268 cotablishcd in Minn.
