(Please refer to resolution file <br />for Resolution #86-2). <br /> <br />Further Discussion: Mr. Nielson stated that his client has no problem with the <br />proposed development agreement and has a letter of credit from 1st National <br />Bank of Anoka. Councilm~mber Schlueter referred to the City Engineer's report <br />and his concern with the suitability of Lots 1 and 2 of Block 2 to on-site <br />disposal systems. <br /> <br />Amendment by Councilmember COx and seconded by Councilmember Reimann directing <br />that the final plat approval for Whispering Pines Estates Plat 5 is contingent <br />upon the developer providing additional soil borings that prove Lots 1 and 2 of <br />Block 2 are buildable such as to accommodate standard on-site disposal systems. <br /> <br />Amendment carried.
