Mrs. Hoover stated she has been out of town and hasn't had <br />time. Ms. Norris stated that the agreement conditions are the same as they <br />were when P&Z reviewed this case and Mrs. Hoover agreed to those. Mrs. Hoover <br />stated that the permit agreement requires the placement of a "No Parking" sign <br />and noted that the Highway Department already has such a sign placed in this <br />area. Ms. Norris stated that the Hoover's would not be required to erect an <br />additional sign. <br /> <br />Motion carried.
